Providing Everything You Need

Initial Assessment and Re-assessment

We start by truly getting to know each client—their strengths, challenges, and goals. Using tools such as preference assessments and functional behavior assessments, we identify which behaviors need support and which skills should be strengthened. From there, we create a personalized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) that reflects both scientific best practices and the family’s priorities. Every six months, we complete reassessments to celebrate progress, ensure interventions are effective, and adjust goals so growth continues in meaningful ways.

Direct Therapy
(Schools, Home and Community)

  • In Schools: We work alongside teachers and staff to promote learning, social connection, and harmony in the classroom.

  • At Home: Therapy is woven into daily routines, helping families strengthen communication, independence, and positive interactions.

  • In the Community: We bring skills into real-world settings—parks, stores, social spaces—so clients can build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.

Caregiver Trainings

At Happy Village, we believe caregivers are at the heart of meaningful change. Through individualized training, parents and teachers learn practical strategies grounded in ABA principles to support growth, reduce challenges, and generalize skills across all environments. Our approach is collaborative, empathetic, and focused on creating a “village” of support around each client.
